A versatile seasoning that brings out the aromas of chives and sesame, and the flavor of soy sauce. It goes well with a variety of dishes, as well as as a sauce for hot pot and shabu-shabu. Try comparing the two types of chive soy sauce according to your preference.
Cold tofu
Add chive soy sauce to tofu for easy cold tofu. In the summer, we recommend the spicy version with green chili peppers! In the cold season, it is also recommended as a sauce for boiled tofu.
Egg-cooked rice
By adding 1 tablespoon of chive soy sauce instead of soy sauce, you can make a delicious egg-cooked rice! If you mix the eggs and chive soy sauce in advance, the flavor of chive soy sauce will spread throughout the rice. Please adjust the amount according to your preference.
Fried Chicken
Fried chicken is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, then drizzled with chive soy sauce for an addictive taste. Of course, since you bought it at the store, it’s good to just add it to your frying pan! It also goes well with steamed chicken.
