A tree planted next to a farm road in a rice field to dry the harvested ears of rice.
It is called a hazagi, and the process of hanging the harvested rice on the horizontal bamboo that is passed to the hazagi is called “hazakake”.
Currently, the mainstream method is to dry it overnight in a dryer. With the rice harvesting experience plan, you can take a commemorative photo with this hazakake.

* What is Kyu Shiozawa Koshihikari “Shojiro” from Minami Uonuma * Located in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, which is surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers and is known for its heavy snowfall in winter.
This rice is produced by Shojiro Shokai, a company that has been farming rice for over 200 years for generations.
Awarded as a special A district from 1989 to 2017, it has a strong luster and fragrance.
The deep flavor that remains is due to the careful cultivation with water, climate, and love.
This is high quality Koshihikari rice.
