In July 2023, we opened our first “LUXE TECH VILLA ASHITOKU” in “Ashitoku”, a popular resort area on Amami Oshima, and since its opening, we have been able to easily provide a resort feel. We have received favorable reviews from a variety of users who say that they can enjoy their time here, and we have decided to open the long-awaited new building. The new building has a total of 14 rooms, including 12 twin rooms and 2 family rooms, and is a completely unmanned facility with an unmanned check-in system using tablets in all rooms. The family room is equipped with a smart speaker, allowing you to operate the lighting and air conditioning equipment with your voice, as well as having AI answer any questions you may have while in the hotel, making it a facility where you can enjoy your stay in Amami Oshima in a smart way.
