Eight months have passed since the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

It has been decided that 21 people will be recognized as related to the deaths.Applications for recognition from various cities and towns are continuing, and the number may increase further.
According to Ishikawa Prefecture, as of late August, of the 775 disaster victims in evacuation centers, 437 were still living in primary evacuation centers such as gymnasiums and community centers. In addition, 555 people are staying in public housing outside the prefecture. ” he says.
The “Nankai Trough Temporary Information” has been activated for the first time, and “Typhoon No. 10” is causing severe, slow, and remote heavy rain. Two local governments, Chofu City, the first in Tokyo, and Shima City, the first in Mie Prefecture, will be conducting crowdfunding from September 1st (Sunday) to October 31st (Thursday).
Both cities are working hard on public relations activities in this intense heat with the goal of raising 8,000,000 yen. Although these activities ultimately generate funds, their primary purpose is to foster disaster prevention awareness, raise awareness about toilet issues during disasters, and disseminate information about the disaster relief toilet network.
We would like to ask for your warm support and encouragement for our new friends, and thank you for your cooperation in spreading the word to the surrounding area.

Disasters are happening far more frequently than we could imagine living in a disaster-prone country. The system and mindset have not caught up. Global climate change is also adding to the impact. Aidai Japan has two projects that are miraculously being implemented in society: Disaster Dispatch Toilet Network “Toilet that will cheer everyone up”;
Disaster Dispatch Information Human Resources Network “WAA”
We will work to create a system that will continue for 300 years. I hope that we will continue to receive more and more help from everyone. I hope that Japan will be sustainable. I hope the people in the area can stay healthy. Thank you for your cooperation. *
