Remote support using Buddycom not only makes use of group calls, but also uses functions such as fixed phrases, voice history, text conversion, translation, images, and video distribution. By
introducing Buddycom, we are now able to communicate to all parties involved in a single message, speeding up information sharing and allowing us to start considering countermeasures sooner.
