The 2024 Christmas cakes are * “Rose de Noel” * and * “Strawberry Shortcake” * We have two types available. Enjoy the festive season filled with smiles and spend time with your loved ones with our carefully selected Christmas cake selection, made with luxurious strawberries.

* ■“Rose de Noel”, a deep red rose that colors the Christmas season * We have prepared a Christmas cake called “Rose de Noel,” wrapped in ruby-red chocolate and gorgeously decorated with gold leaf.
The vivid roses, elaborately shaped in deep red chocolate, stand out.
On the top, fresh and juicy red fruits such as strawberries, framboise, and grosseille are luxuriously scattered. The refined and slightly sweet mascarpone cream is accented with sweet and sour raspberry jelly, pistachio crunch chocolate, and lychee ganache for an elegant taste.
