We have started installing “ChargeSPOT” on the Osaka Monorail operated by Hiroaki. It is expected that residents living along the railway will have a more fulfilling charging environment when commuting to work or school.
* ■ About installation *
The Osaka Monorail, which operates mainly in the northern area of Osaka Prefecture, connects with other railway lines (Hankyu Corporation, Osaka Metro, Keihan Corporation, etc.) and efficiently connects urban areas and suburbs. There are large parks, educational institutions, and shopping malls scattered along the line, making it a popular residential area.
Many users rent ChargeSPOT near their workplaces or on the go, and return it near their homes, so installing it in areas with many residential areas is important to further improve the convenience of ChargeSPOT. In addition, plans are underway to extend the line from Kadoma-shi Station, which is expected to improve access to a wider area in the future, and demand for the provision of a charging environment is also expected to increase.
[Installation date and station]
The installation was carried out over two days from September 2nd to 3rd, 2024, and installation at four stations was completed on September 2nd (Monday). We plan to install it at six stations on September 3rd (Tuesday).
