Bay Cruise Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Sugimura) FLIPPER’S, a brunch cafe run by Shigeru Shigeru, is available only in Jiyugaoka, Kichijoji, and Umeda stores, where you can enjoy three types of Shine Muscat, Queen Rouge, and Shine Muscat & Queen Rouge with gentle soufflé pancakes flavored with homemade royal milk tea cream. , we will be holding the early autumn Shine Muscat Fair from September 10th (Tuesday) to October 14th (Monday).

The main ingredient is Queen Rouge, which is only allowed to be cultivated in Nagano Prefecture. This drink contains healthy ingredients derived from fruits such as minerals, and allows you to enjoy the original taste and gorgeous aroma of fruits.
