As a hamburger chain born in Japan, Mos Burger has been selling attractive products and seasonal menus that make use of ingredients and characteristics from all over Japan. This time, we will be releasing new sweets and drinks using sweet potatoes that are perfect for the autumn moon viewing season.
“Piping hot”
“Osatsu Ball” is a sweet potato sweet with the motif of “QQ Ball”, which is popular in Taiwan. “QQ” means “chewy texture” and is a popular Taiwanese street food snack due to its perfectly round shape and easy-to-eat size. This time, we arranged “QQ balls” in the Moss style, using golden sweet potato filling made from “Naruto Kintoki” from Tokushima Prefecture, wrapped in dough kneaded with purple sweet potato powder and fried, and it looks just like a sweet potato.
