*Autumn-only dinner where you can fully enjoy aromatic mushrooms and cheese* Hotel New Grand (10 Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama/General Manager) From October 1st (Tuesday) to November 30th (Saturday), 2024, Hirofumi Kiso will offer a dinner menu with a rich variety of dishes using mushrooms and various cheeses that are in season during the ripe autumn season. We will be selling the course “Taste of Autumn – A Feast of Mushrooms and Cheese.”
Hotel New Grand “Taste of Autumn – A Feast of Mushrooms and Cheese” For appetizers, we have salsiccia with mushrooms served with rare Lodigiano cheese, pasta with gnocchi with rich fontina cheese, and “truffle tagliatelle” where the truffles are shaved right in front of you. For our fish dishes, we serve fresh white fish delivered directly from Misaki Port with a fragrant mushroom cream sauce and porcini mushrooms, known as the king of mushrooms. For meat dishes, enjoy cutlets, a typical Bologna dish, served with a flavorful and creamy cheese sauce. This autumn-only dinner course allows you to enjoy the delicious flavors of seasonal mushrooms and unique cheeses. It opened in 1927 (Showa 2) as an orthodox European-style hotel as a symbol of Yokohama’s recovery from the Great Kanto Earthquake.
