From September 5th (Thursday), we will start accepting reservations for the [Gourmet Feast “Apekatsu” Osechi] that will decorate the New Year of 2025 with a limited number of 50 sets. *
Osechi ryori is a traditional Japanese dish eaten to pray for a bountiful harvest and good health for the coming year. In addition, we have a wide range of items that will last a long time so that you can spend a relaxing time with your family at the beginning of the year, and the best part is that you can snack on them with alcohol when you want to eat without worrying about time. Why not add a variety of appetizers to your Japanese food lineup to create a richer New Year’s meal?
The appetizers selected by our hotel’s executive chef, Hiroshi Yamaguchi, are all masterpieces from the five regions of Hyogo. Hotel’s original vegetable pickles, cake and gelato, Kobe beef roast from the famous Kobe meat restaurant “Asahiya”, Kobe pork loin ham, Tanba chicken ham, grilled sausage, Kobe beef and potato ash parmentier, Tanba Fugi Farm A total of 11 luxurious items including warehouse-aged Gouda cheese, white mold brie, salmon, and two types of bread.
