Specially for this event, there will also be a comparative tasting with rare back vintage wines*1. Please spend a wonderful time with the beautiful scenery of the winery. After returning to the hotel, we will prepare a maker’s dinner for that day only.
We are particular about the same ingredients from Shinshu as the wine, and enjoy a total of 8 courses that use cheese from Atelier de Fromage throughout, along with exquisite wine pairings. In particular, he won a gold medal at an international wine competition.

A special winery tour led by Kazuma Mori of Mann’s Wine Komoro Winery, which stands out for its quality and innovation among the many wineries in Nagano Prefecture. Starting with a welcome glass of sparkling wine in the underground cellar, you can see an old “Ryugan” tree that is over 100 years old that has been transplanted into a vast Japanese garden, a variety garden where you can see 32 varieties of vines, and a domestic grape tree that is over 40 years old. But be sure to tour the rare Chardonnay fields.

We have prepared a special dinner for one night only, where you can enjoy the food while listening to the chef’s passion. All menus use ingredients from Shinshu, and cheese from Atelier de Fromage is incorporated throughout, creating a menu where you can enjoy the marriage of wine, cheese, and Shinshu ingredients. Pairings of 7 dishes from amuse to dessert with 5 wines. Enjoy a blissful time savoring the terroir of Shinshu.
