Shunsaku (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will hold a seminar on M&A and business succession on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. *
We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a seminar on the theme of business succession and growth strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises in Okinawa Prefecture. The first part is D’s Planning Co., Ltd., which operates “Yappari Steak”
Mr. Okura Yoshimoto, President and Representative Director, will give a lecture titled “The Steak Style: Transmitting from Okinawa to the World”. The second section is the Financial Partnership Department of our Alliance Headquarters.
Senior Manager Takuhisa Takahashi will talk about M&A issues under the title “M&A strategies aimed at resolving regional issues that will open up Okinawa’s future.”

Born February 13, 1975 in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he moved to the United States and lived there for 10 years, including studying business administration in Los Angeles. Returned to Japan at the age of 27 after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Returned to Okinawa and gained experience in various businesses including food and beverage consulting. At the age of 40, he became independent and opened his first Yappari Steak restaurant in 2015. We have opened a wide range of stores from Hokkaido to Kagoshima, and will also open overseas in 2023. Currently, the group operates over 90 stores. Additionally, we are currently developing stores with completely new formats.

After graduating from university, he joined a local bank and worked in corporate sales. Sensing the potential of using capital alliances to solve corporate problems in rural areas where human resources and management resources are limited, he decided to become a major M&A intermediary. During his 3 years at a major M&A brokerage firm (2 years based in Okinawa), he led numerous M&A deals in a wide range of industries including construction, dispensing pharmacies, real estate, and temporary staffing. At the M&A Research Institute, he was responsible for launching the Okinawa base and was responsible for a wide range of industries including construction, real estate, and dispensing pharmacies.
