[Kyonan Town, Chiba Prefecture] We will conduct a sounding-type market research on the land of the former surname Hirata!

Kyonan Town is planning to utilize town-owned land (hereinafter referred to as the “Target Land”) located in the former Hirata district in the northwestern part of the town, and is currently considering the possibility of utilizing the former land by
introducing private sector initiatives.
Therefore, in order to solicit proposals from a wide range of private businesses, and to understand the marketability of the target land and its potential for utilization, we conducted a “sounding market survey” through “dialogue” with private businesses. We will implement it. The results of this sounding will be used as a reference for future commercialization.

Sounding target
Businesses that can participate in sounding are corporations or corporate groups that can be the implementing body for the utilization of the target land. However, those who fall under any of the following 1 to 4 will not be able to participate.
1. A person who falls under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Act Enforcement Order (Cabinet Order No. 16 of 1945). 2.
Commencement of reorganization proceedings based on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002), initiation of rehabilitation proceedings based on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999), or bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy Act (Act No. 75 of 2004) The person filing the petition for the commencement of proceedings.
3.
An organized crime group (meaning an organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members; the same shall apply hereinafter) or a person who is recognized to be substantially involved in the management of an organized crime group.
