We raised a total of 130 million yen in a seed round by issuing J-KISS type stock acquisition rights with Ventures Co., Ltd. as the underwriter. As a result, the cumulative amount raised will be 160 million yen.

While the transition to SaaS is progressing in the accounting and human resources system areas, it is difficult to transition to SaaS in the SCM area, where operations are complex and difficult to package. As a result, the SCM field requires the creation of large-scale projects to achieve operational efficiency, and the reality is that many companies are facing challenges in terms of cost, time, and difficulty.
As we have found that “RECERQA” can provide a certain solution to these corporate issues, we have decided to make this procurement in order to deliver better project services to more customers.

The technology in the ERP market has shifted from “ERP 1.0,” which utilizes client-server installed applications to run in-house operations, to “ERP 2.0,” which uses cloud-based applications and connects companies by linking data through APIs. It is undergoing changes as the world evolves.
“ERP3.0″ is the next phase, an AI-native platform.
With ERP3.0, sellers and buyers use the same platform to share data, including sales information and inventory information, reducing various exchanges in buying and selling that traditionally took time, and making them more efficient. This does not only mean listing products on the platform, but also means that by conducting business using the same system, there is no need for data linkage itself. ERP3.0 is a platform that accumulates data, connects that data to the use of generated AI, and updates business operations.
* What is SCM SaaS “RECERQA” that realizes “ERP3.0”? *
The SCM field is a complex domain with different business practices for each industry and company. For this reason, in order to build an optimized system for a company, the only option was to spend hundreds of millions to tens of billions of yen to create the system. In response to this, SaaS has recently emerged to streamline some operations in the SCM area, such as inventory and purchasing.
