Automatic visit schedule creation cloud “ZEST” | New function “Agenda List View” is born! Supports error-free and smooth billing operations, such as clarifying cancellation plans and accompanying visits without additional charges.
*~ This was possible because we are the number one service in the industry! A long-awaited feature based on the feedback of many customers has been released~*
ZEST Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Junnosuke Isshiki) operates the cloud service “ZEST”, which is the most adopted cloud service in the industry (*) and automatically creates visiting schedules for home medical care and nursing care. ,ZEST
We are pleased to announce that we have released “Agenda List View” as a new feature within SCHEDULE.
In the home medical care and nursing care industry, requests for monthly visit results are performed from the end of the month to the beginning of the month. At this time, it is common to compare the actual visit schedule with the visit record and check for any omissions or mistakes before making the claim. However, in business establishments that manage visit schedules using methods that tend to be individualized, such as on whiteboards, on paper, or in Excel, records of schedule changes may not be kept, and whether or not they are added depends on the memory of the schedule creator. This makes it difficult to obtain accurate information. As a result, omissions occur and billing opportunities are more likely to be missed, which often has an impact on business operations.
Therefore, “ZEST” manages visit schedules on the cloud and
automatically creates and adjusts schedules, allowing accurate management of “visit schedules”, which are important information for business management. We have developed a new function that can be used as accurate information in month-end billing operations.
When used in conjunction with the electronic medical record/receipt system you are already using, this function not only reduces the burden of billing at the end of the month and at the beginning of the month, but also contributes to the management of your office.
* 1. “Schedule list view” lists information such as service content, service hours, and visiting staff! *
The schedule list view screen displays a list of various information related to the schedule you want to check during billing operations. This allows for smooth and accurate comparison with visit records. Additionally, since you can filter by specific dates or periods, you can avoid mistakes that can easily occur, such as misreading or confusion by looking at a huge number of schedules one by one.
* 2. Prevent overcharging and forgetting to subtract! *
The most important thing to watch out for when making a claim is overcharging. If the money is returned, it will not only cause great damage to the business, but also cause trust issues.
Prevent overbilling by filtering for canceled appointments, nurse visits, etc. In addition, when creating a schedule in ZEST, tags will be displayed for accompanying visit plans that are created by checking “No addition” so that they are not overlooked. This makes it possible to distinguish between visits for which multiple people are added, which not only prevents overcharging, but also enables you to bill for accompanying visits with additional charges without disclosing them.
* ■Zest security measures*
At Zest, we believe that security measures are extremely important as the system is used in home medical and nursing care settings. Therefore, we have obtained the following two certifications.
1. Acquisition of ISMS certification
In December 2023, “ISO/IEC27001:2022,” an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), was approved. We have obtained certification.
2. Compliant with 2 guidelines from 3 ministries and obtained medical ISAC certification
In April 2024, it complies with the “Three Ministries and Two Guidelines” proposed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, which medical institutions that use medical information systems or information processing businesses that develop and operate must comply with. . In addition, in responding to the guidelines, a general incorporated association that examines medical institutions that use medical information systems or information processing businesses that develop and operate medical information systems.
We have obtained Medical ISAC Regulation Certification provided by Medical ISAC.
* ■Zest Mission*
“I want to protect you. I will protect your feelings.”
I want to spend time in my familiar home. In order to make that wish come true, doctors, nurses, caregivers, and care managers all do their jobs to support and protect each person’s life.
It is an absolutely essential thing that everyone needs.
However, the harsh nature of medical and nursing care settings remains the same.
In particular, home medical care/nursing care workers must go to the people who are waiting for them at any time, whether it’s cold, hot, rainy, or snowy. Even after returning from a visit, there is a lot of paperwork to do and a lot of things to study.
However, the reason I can endure such harsh days is because I have a strong desire to protect each person’s life. No matter how much progress the world has made, the fact that the work of “protecting each person’s life” is supported by human hands remains the same, both now and in the future.
I want to support such wonderful work with the power of technology. I want to create as much free time and peace of mind as possible. That’s why we exist at Zest.
