Newly introduced “career self-reporting system”

Yuki (hereinafter referred to as Taiyo Kogyo) has introduced a new “career self-reporting system” in August of this year to support the growth and career development of employees.
Through the introduction of this system, we will create an environment where each employee can think about their own career, take on challenges, and grow as professionals. We aim to become a company where employees want to continue working by giving them a sense of fulfillment and growth, and by strengthening our human resources and organizational capabilities, we aim to achieve continuous business development.
* ■About career self-report system *
Through this system, employees will be able to directly communicate their wishes for future career development, transfers, challenges to new occupations, etc. based on their current work situation to management executives and the human resources department. . By visualizing the career aspirations of each employee, we aim to support their career development and lead to strategic human resource allocation and development.
Upon introduction, we conducted training on career education for all employees to help them understand how to think about their careers and to make appropriate self-reports.
