* ■A la carte menu recommended for dinner and bar time *
Fukui salmon meuniere Grenoble style ¥2,400
Hokuriku yellowtail impadella with yuzu beurre blanc sauce ¥2,800 Tomitsu Kintoki brûlée and persimmon tatin served with vanilla ice cream and habutae mochi and gold leaf ¥2,300
Echizen Chicken Roulo with Kuzuryu Maitake and Morel Mushrooms in Supreme Sauce ¥3,600
Fukui Hakusan Pork Grilliata, Salsa Verde using Heshiko mackerel from Fukui Prefecture ¥3,200
For dinner and bar time, we offer an a la carte menu created by our chef. “Fukui Salmon” is grown in the cold, clear waters of Fukui Prefecture and boasts a rich sweetness, chewy flesh, and a satisfying texture. When grilled, the fat between the skin and flesh melts, creating a fragrant aroma. You can enjoy the skin and rich flavor. The addition of lemon, capers, and croutons adds a refreshing touch to the rich flavor, making this a beautiful and colorful dish.
“Hokuriku yellowtail impadella” sautéed fatty yellowtail from Hokuriku and garnished with winter vegetables such as “Kaga lotus root” from Ishikawa prefecture.
Enjoy “Yuzu beurre blanc sauce” with a creamy rich butter sauce that brings out the flavor of yellowtail, mixed with yuzu. “Echizen chicken roulo”
Kuzuryu Maitake and Morel mushrooms
“Supreme Sauce” is made with “Echizen chicken”, a brand-name chicken raised in a designated farm in Fukui Prefecture, and “Kuzuryu Maitake”, also produced in Fukui Prefecture, which has the triple signature of taste, aroma, and texture.
“Echizen chicken” is tender and juicy, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious it becomes. Enjoy with cream sauce containing mushrooms and chicken stock. “Fukui Hakusan Pork” from Fukui Prefecture, which has firm, soft and fine texture, is available grilled. Salsa verde, which is generally made by mixing parsley and anchovies, has been made into a sauce using mackerel instead of anchovies. The rich flavor behind the saltiness goes well with “Fukui Hakusan Pork” and goes well with alcohol. We also offer desserts made with seasonal fruits and famous sweets. Recommended as a way to end your meal. Please use it for a variety of occasions, along with Orvest’s signature drinks such as wine and cocktails, as well as dishes that go well with each other.

* ■Only available for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays “Felice ~Toyama/Ishikawa/Fukui Hokuriku Fair~” * * ¥5,500*
At the “Felice” lunch limited course on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, you can fully enjoy Hokuriku ingredients. Appetizers include carpaccio, a light white fish, sprinkled with Oboro kelp from Fukui Prefecture, which brings out the flavor, and arancini made with Kaga lotus root and snow crab, which have a well-balanced combination of crunchy and chewy textures. You can enjoy quiche using garland chrysanthemum. For the main dish, you can choose either fish or meat. For fish dishes, yellowtail from Hokuriku is slowly heated in low-temperature oil, so you can enjoy a crispy exterior and a soft, chewy texture on the inside.
As a garnish, I grated Gensuke radish, a specialty of Ishikawa prefecture and one of the Kaga vegetables, and added radish mochi made by kneading it with wheat and potato starch. You can enjoy the flavor of radish while adjusting the taste with fish sauce, sugar, and butter. For meat dishes, you can enjoy “Echizen chicken” and “Kuzuryu Maitake” which can also be enjoyed on the a la carte menu. For dessert, we offer three types of sweets.
“Tomitsu Kintoki Brûlée” from Fukui Prefecture, where you can enjoy a firm sweetness, moist and steamy taste, “Persimmon Tatin”, where you can enjoy the concentrated flavor of seasonal persimmons boiled until soft, and Fukui Prefecture’s “Persimmon Tatin”. Enjoy three types of vanilla ice cream sprinkled with gold leaf from Ishikawa Prefecture and the famous Japanese sweets “Habutae Mochi.” Chocolate made with Ishikawa Prefecture’s specialty “Kagabo Hojicha”, which has a fragrant aroma and delicate taste, and “Polvoron (a traditional Spanish sweet) shaped like a rakugan”, which has a simple and gentle taste, are served together with coffee after the meal. It is a small sweet that is perfect for enjoying.
The content is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. We also have private rooms available, so please take advantage of this opportunity.
