FANCL Co., Ltd. will begin providing cosmetics as field amenities for trial use at Tokyu Community Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tokyu Community”) from September. Items offered include the face wash “Mud Gel Face Wash,” the sunscreen “Sunguard 50+ Protect UV,” the whitening lotion “Brightening Lotion Moist -Quasi-drug-” and the men’s cosmetics “Men All-in-One Water.” This is the 4th item.
This initiative is based on Tokyu Community’s desire to improve the treatment of people working in the construction industry, reform work styles, and improve engagement, as well as our company’s founding philosophy: “With a sense of justice, “Let’s solve this problem” resonated with us and led to our realization.
(*) Field amenities is a term coined by Tokyu Community that collectively refers to consumables that allow you to spend a comfortable time at construction sites.
Prior to the launch, a skin care seminar was held on August 9th (Friday) at Tokyu Community’s training facility NOTIA. Our employees acted as instructors and conducted the seminar for a total of 20 people, 14 male engineers and 6 female engineers from the Tokyu community, so that they could use skin care products effectively at construction sites and in their private lives.

In the seminar, we will explain the basic structure of the skin and the importance of skin care, then we will have hands-on training on how to use skin care products, and at the end we will introduce acupuncture points for beautiful skin that are recommended for daily care. I did. We heard comments from participants such as, “Just by changing the way I apply lotion and emulsion, the way my skin feels has changed” and “I discovered something new that is different from my usual care.”
