Announcement regarding the stock acquisition (making it a subsidiary) of KIRARI Pharmacy Co., Ltd., which operates “Kirari Pharmacy” Xrise Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Takahiro Suyama, hereinafter referred to as “Xrise”) is a company operating an insurance dispensing pharmacy under the trade name “Kirari Pharmacy”. Pharmacy Co., Ltd. (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Hayato Nakamura, hereinafter “KIRARI Pharmacy”. ) announced that it has acquired all of its outstanding shares and made it a subsidiary. This stock acquisition aims to support Xrise’s long-term growth strategy and the creation of new businesses.KIRARI
The purpose is to create a new business field of “Entertainment x Medical” with Pharmacy. Xrise is primarily engaged in the

Pharmacy operates a total of 8 insurance dispensing pharmacies under the trade name “Kirari Pharmacy”, 2 in Tokyo and 6 in Kanagawa Prefecture. We are focusing on the home visiting pharmacy business and are aiming to survive in the future dispensing pharmacy industry. Among them, Xrise, an entertainment company that develops
entertainment production business and casting business, is KIRARI By making Pharmacy a subsidiary, we aim to expand our business scope, create a new business field of “Entertainment x Medical”, and expand into the market.
