First family event “dip Family Day” held

DIP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) held a family event “DIP Family Day” for the families of its employees on Friday, August 23, 2024. More than 100 people in total participated on the day, and families enjoyed content such as a “work coverage stamp rally,” dance lessons by the professional dance team “dip BATTLES,” and a social gathering.

Called the work interview stamp rally, the children exchanged business cards and interviewed work for the first time in their lives. While touring the office, I found employees I wanted to interview, and even though I was nervous, I had the experience of exchanging business cards. Afterwards, he asked many questions, such as “Why did you join DIP?” and “What are the fun and difficult parts of your job?” and communicated well with the employees he was meeting for the first time. Prizes were awarded to children who interviewed three or more people.

Everything I saw seemed new to my second son, who is in elementary school, and he happily talked about how much fun he had talking to so many employees at the stamp rally at home. Also, for my eldest son, a high school student, being able to speak directly with the company president was a very good experience, and it seemed to spark his interest in “jobs” beyond university.
