Against the backdrop of the declining birthrate, aging population, and labor shortage issues in Japan, efforts are needed to develop new human resources in the field of employment support for people with disabilities and expand their opportunities. In this session, we will discuss how we can create new active human resources and contribute to society through employment support for people with disabilities. Both speakers will share specific examples and on-the-ground experiences, and discuss their approaches to maximizing the potential of people with disabilities and how companies can support them.
The content of this session is expected to help participants from a variety of positions, including companies, local governments, and support organizations, discover new possibilities for employment of people with disabilities.
