The Bakuraku series is a service that smoothly unifies expense management through corporate cards, expense settlement, invoice processing, approval applications, etc. It also supports the Electronic Bookkeeping Act and the invoice system, achieving both operational efficiency and legal compliance.
ASKUL LOGIST, which provides industry-leading e-commerce logistics and delivery services, has recently introduced “Bakuraku Invoice Receipt” and “Bakuraku Application”.

At LOGIST, we are working on business efficiency and DX, with a view to responding to the so-called “Logistics 2024 Problem”, which limits overtime work in the logistics and transportation industry. Against this background, the decisive factor in introducing Bakraku was to make the transportation industry paperless and improve the
productivity of accounting operations by digitizing invoices.
We have also been praised for the ease of approval work using a smartphone app, and the reduction of manual input effort and errors through AI-OCR reading.
In the future, we are considering introducing other Bakraku products with the aim of further streamlining accounting operations and minimizing petty cash at delivery offices nationwide.

Up until now, payment of parking fees for delivery drivers has been handled using petty cash, but the risk of handling cash and the hassle of manually entering journal entries were a burden for each location’s staff.
We selected Bakraku based on the excellent accuracy and speed of our in-house developed AI-OCR and the easy-to-understand user interface that allows you to design and operate based on the screen display. In the future, we would like to use Bakaku to gradually reduce the amount of petty cash by eliminating the need to touch paper and cash.
