What is the AI lost item reporting function?
The newly implemented “AI lost item reporting function” is based on the latest AI model “GPT-4o”.
By using this service, you can not only take photos of items left behind by guests (guests) with a smartphone or tablet and
automatically classify them into categories, but also centrally manage them.
When the cleaning staff simply takes a photo of a lost item found in a guest room, information about the lost item will be automatically entered and registered in text, linked to the room number of the guest room where it was found. (It is also possible to register and manage items found outside the guest room, such as in a restaurant or lounge.)

Current issues with lost and found reporting operations in the hotel industry There is a reason why we focused on “lost items” as our first step in utilizing AI.
