[Message from the chef]
We approach each dish with the feeling that we are having a dialogue with our customers through our food, and we work with all our heart to ensure that each plate of food is delivered to our customers in the best possible condition. We choose seasonal ingredients because we want our customers to experience the changing seasons. In addition, by paying attention not only to the appearance and aroma such as color and arrangement, but also to the details of the tableware used, we hope that customers who visit our store will experience a “special” and “unusual” experience. I’m here.
