Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo President: Igarashi Hide) has started selling the newly built condominium “Leafia Shin Yurigaoka Grace Court” (located at 2-chome Chiyogaoka, Asao-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, 15 units in total; hereinafter referred to as the “Property”). We would like to inform you that we will be holding the grand opening of our model home (hereinafter referred to as “this model home”) on Friday, September 14th.
This property is located on the Odakyu Line along with customers who have purchased detached houses for sale through Odakyu Real Estate, which was concluded on April 17, 2019 with the Company, Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd., TEPCO Energy Partner Co., Ltd., and TEPCO Home Tech Co., Ltd.
