This project aims to deliver a new type of princess story that is a retelling of a masterpiece of French literature to children across Japan and provide them with an opportunity to learn a lot from love.
First, we will aim to donate 400 books.
* ◼Project background*
The story began when Mami Aihi faced difficulty in obtaining the original story while her daughters learning ballet were performing the role of “Princess Florina.” This story, based on a masterpiece of 17th century French literature that has gone out of print, has been retold for children, depicting the themes of “love” and its accompanying “good and evil,” and encouraging children to face themselves and grow. The princess story “Princess Florina and the Blue Bird” was created as a children’s book that conveys important lessons for children.
This project wants more children and adults to know about Princess Florina, who is both adorable and intelligent! I stood up with this in mind.
* ◼️Purpose of crowdfunding*
In this crowdfunding campaign, we aim to donate approximately 400 books to elementary schools and educational institutions across the country, with a goal of 1 million yen. At the same time, we are recruiting recipients to donate the book, and we hope that by touching this book, children will develop the strength to survive into the future with love and courage.
We will also raise the profile of Princess Florina and create an opportunity for her to become one of children’s favorite princesses.
