In the lecture, he explained in detail the points of sales promotion using Instagram and the method of insight analysis. Furthermore, the students were able to learn practical skills required in the field of SNS marketing by providing hands-on instruction on how to review sales performance using Google Analytics 4.
We also offer an experience using the AI chat ``Digital Staff'' developed by AIQ. This gave the students a very meaningful opportunity to get a first-hand experience of how AI is used in customer support in online sales, and at the same time learn about the potential of social media marketing and AI technology. .
