Asia Pacific Tourism Co., Ltd. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo / President: Liu From September 7th to 22nd, 2024, the Osaka Multicultural Culture Center (directly connected to JR Namba Station), operated by the artist Ryu (Rio), will hold the “He Xiang Kong Art Literature Exhibition”, sponsored by the He Xiang Kong Museum and co-sponsored by Asia Pacific Tourism Co., Ltd. It will be held.
This exhibition was inspired by the “Art Masterpieces Exhibition” held in Tokyo, the starting point of Ms. He Xianggong’s life as an artist and revolutionary, in 2017, and will be held in Osaka in 2024. Who is Ms. He Xiang Gong?
Ms. He Xiang-kung (1878-1972) was born in Hong Kong, China. The registered address is Dancun, Nanhai County, Guangdong Province. He himself was given the pseudonym “Somura Koji” and “Soseiroju.” She was a great woman who was praised as both a political activist and an artist in modern China.

In 1903, Ms. He Xiangjing went to Japan with her husband, Mr. Liao Zhongxian, to pursue academic studies. In 1905, he joined the China Alliance and worked hard for China’s democratic revolution. Since 1949, he has served as chairman of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. Ms. He Xiangging has enhanced her prestige both at home and abroad through her many contributions, including the construction of a new China, the work of socialist construction and national reunification, and the work of friendship between the Chinese people and peoples from all over the world.
Ms. He Xiangging was previously the chairman of the China Artists Association. Her works always feature pine trees, plum blossoms, lions, tigers, mountains and rivers as materials, and the concept of her paintings is very grand, vividly reflecting her 70-year
revolutionary life and noble personality. In addition, many of the works contain supplementary notes and captions by Chinese artists and national leaders, making them even more solemn and profound. It can truly be said to be the treasure of the Chinese nation.
In 1909, Ms. He Xiangjing entered Japan’s private Joshibi Art School (now Joshibi University of Art and Design) to study painting. He studied under Shikawa Hatate and learned about landscape flowers, as well as studying to paint lions, tigers, and other animal paintings under the imperial painter Yorishō Tanaka. During his stay in Japan, he deepened his friendships with Japanese friends such as Torazo Miyazaki, and the work Chrysanthemum, which he presented to Mrs. Miyazaki in 1913, is historical evidence of the depth of their friendship.

Mr. Liao Chengzhi, the only son of Ms. He Xiangging, was born in Tokyo and has served as chairman of the China-Japan Friendship Association and vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, promoting friendly exchanges between the peoples of China and Japan and realizing the normalization of diplomatic relations. made a historic contribution. The paintings created by the cooperation of the father and son are full of emotion and are handed down to this day as a beautiful story in the Chinese art world.

What is Osaka Multicultural Culture Center?
This is a cultural complex that opened in 2023 within OCAT, which is directly connected to JR Namba Station, with the purpose of
