Gatebox Co., Ltd. and Daruma Japan LLC have announced the launch of the newly opened “Bar” in Shibuya, “AI Secretary,” an AI customer service service for restaurants.

What is AI Secretary?
“AI Secretary” is an AI customer service service that specializes in restaurants.
Utilizing the image recognition technology of the latest generative AI “GPT-4o”, AI suggests recommended drinks and dishes while checking the emptyness of glasses with the camera of a device installed on the table. It will add color to your fun time and help promote sales at your store.
After announcing the service in July 2017, it has been introduced on terrestrial TV and various online media, and we have received inquiries from various stores.
About store introduction
“Bar” opened in Shibuya from September with the aim of creating new value by casually interacting with people who are taking on startup challenges.
ZEALOGIC” will begin the first introduction of AI secretary. A tablet equipped with an AI manager will be installed on a table in the store, and the AI will suggest additional drinks, including sake and cocktails developed by the startup.
