We (hereinafter referred to as our company) hold a seminar called “Gacsi Conference Osaka” for university and vocational school personnel involved in scholarships and tuition reduction/exemption services.
2024” (hereinafter referred to as “this event”) will be held at GLOBIS Graduate School of Management.
It will be held on Friday, October 11th at our Osaka school. This event was held in Tokyo in July and was so well received that we decided to hold an additional event in Osaka. (For information on the Tokyo conference in July

*Application deadline: October 10th (Thursday) 17:00
* ■Background of the event*
Approximately half of students currently receive some kind of scholarship, and the need for this is increasing due to rising university tuition fees and rising prices. However, schools are unable to provide sufficient scholarship support due to staff shortages and overloaded workloads such as dealing with frequently updated scholarships from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), and students are also unable to utilize scholarships. There are many situations where this is not possible.
At a conference held in Tokyo, more than 90% of participants found scholarship and exemption work to be “difficult”, especially “responding to inquiries about scholarships from parents and students” and “data management work.” It has become clear that this poses a huge burden.
At many schools, scholarship work is carried out by only one person, placing a heavy burden on the person in charge, making it difficult to collect information and respond to changes in the system.
Through this conference, Gaxi aims to share the latest information on scholarship operations, provide opportunities for interaction and networking among personnel, and aim to improve the efficiency of scholarship operations at schools and strengthen support systems. ■“Gaxi Conference Osaka 2024” Overview

■Gaxy as an impact startup
We are an “impact startup” that aims to create a positive social impact while tackling social challenges. By building a sustainable and profitable business model, we aim to secure the resources we need to achieve our social mission while simultaneously making a profit. The government is proposing a new capitalism.
“Grand Design and Execution Plan” includes “comprehensive support for impact startups.” Modern society faces a wide range of challenges, and there are limits to government finances. It is necessary to solve problems through the wisdom, ingenuity, and mutual help of the private sector. By “creating a new flow of money that expands the
possibilities of young people,” we aim to create a society where people do not give up on their dreams due to economic reasons, and where challengers can change and lead the world. We will aim to make this a reality.
