Volks Co., Ltd. (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City), which plans, manufactures, and retails models and toy products, will be accepting reservations for the new model “Setaria & Haures” from the original girl plastic kit “Blockers FIORE” from Saturday, September 28th. The event will be held on November 4th (Monday, holiday) at Volks stores nationwide and Hobby Heaven Online Store. Release is scheduled for November 23rd (Saturday/Holiday). This is a wild set featuring the girl “Setalia”, who is characterized by her wild expression and energetic dark skin, and her mecha companion “Howless”, who has two sides: a panther-type and a humanoid.

You can experience the fun of creating a one-of-a-kind customized form by combining “Setaria” and “Howless” or adding and rearranging the separately sold “Blockers” parts!

■About “Setaria & Haures”
The theme of this work is “wild and sexy”, and the theme is “cute”, such as the powerful claws and fangs based on the “panther” motif, as well as the exposed chest and sexy thigh parts. It opens up new possibilities for plastic kits for girls.
Setaria, like the previous Blockers FIORE, is derived from the name of a flower. The character image is “Setaria viridis”, which has the flower language of “play” and “vitality”. Four types of tampo-printed facial parts are included: a normal face, a smiling face, an irritated face, and an angry face. In addition, the flexible range of motion of the Blockers FIORE original body, which thoroughly pursues “beauty when moving,” allows you to enjoy active poses like a “feline” animal.
The name Haures comes from the demon “Flaurus” (also known as Haures), who has the appearance of both a human and a leopard. In addition to transforming into two forms, beast and human, it can be combined with Setaria to become weapons and armor.

■A kit that pairs with the previous work “Lupinus & Lycaon”
The design was done by the popular illustrator “Maito Nakano”. He is widely active in the design of character products such as toys, plastic kits, figures, candy toys, and goods, and will be appointed following Blockers FIORE’s previous work “Lupinus & Lycaon”. Lupine & Lycaon have a strong military design with a “hound” motif, while Setaria & Haures are kits with a powerful design based on a “panther” motif.

■Early reservation campaign
This work will be running a campaign where pre-orders will receive “Additional Expression Set 11 for Setaria” as a bonus. This set includes 4 types of facial expressions with pads printed on them: a condescending face, an ecstatic face, a grinning face, and a defeated face. It has an attractive expression that seems to be aiming for prey, which is typical of the panther motif, such as the “ecstatic face” with its glaring eyes. We are planning to sell this set separately from November 23rd (Saturday/Holiday) (price to be determined), but it is definitely a good deal to pre-order as you can get it for free.

■About Blockers FIORE series
“Blockers” is a mechanical action block toy developed by Volks since 2010. All items can be divided into parts, and by rearranging them via joints, you can freely create original three-dimensional objects that can only be achieved with “block toys”.
“Blockers FIORE” is a plastic kit series that is derived from mecha and has been in development since 2017. The characteristics of each character are compared to flowers, symbolizing the element of “emotion” that was not present in mecha. By assembling the various color-coded parts with your own hands, you can create a figure with a total height of over 10 centimeters. The whole body can be moved freely, allowing you to enjoy a variety of poses.
