The Kansai MACC Exchange Management Team will hold an AI startup pitch event on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at QUINTBRIDGE in Kyobashi, Osaka. This event was held as a Kansai exchange meeting of the AI entrepreneurship community “MACC” run by the Matsuo Laboratory of the University of Tokyo, and is aimed at AI-related student
entrepreneurs and startup support personnel.
What is MACC, an AI entrepreneurship community run by Matsuo Lab, University of Tokyo?
MACC, an AI startup community run by the Matsuo Lab at the University of Tokyo, is a community that supports student startups in the AI field, and has approximately 270 members. Of these, over 70 members have already started their own businesses. At this Kansai exchange event, startups from Matsuo Lab will be on stage, and AI-related student entrepreneurs will also give pitches. In addition, after the event, there will be a networking event for participants, and light snacks such as takoyaki and pizza, as well as drinks, will be provided free of charge.

14:45 ~ Pitch by AI-related student entrepreneurs (5 minutes x maximum of 3 groups)
15:00 ~ Start of social gathering (light meals and drinks provided) ~ End at 16:00
About participation
This event is aimed at students and people involved in startup support who are interested in AI and entrepreneurship, and there is no participation fee. Applications will be accepted for the first three AI-related student entrepreneurs who wish to give a five-minute pitch. Apply
