What do you think about retirement agency services? n=502 (single answer) Retirement agency services suddenly started to become a hot topic around 2018. Many people may have noticed that times have changed and people are no longer willing to pay money to ask someone to quit their job.
While there were many people who felt uncomfortable with it at the time, as of 2024, more than three quarters of people have positive thoughts about retirement services.
Those who think that “retirement agency is no good” may end up being told that they are behind the times.
Next, when we asked them specifically what they thought, the top five respondents expressed positive thoughts.

Basically, it conveys the feeling of “I probably won’t use it myself, but I hope it will help someone who is in a corner.”
Also, if it is difficult to complete the retirement procedures due to illness or disability, it may be helpful to have someone act on your behalf.

There were many sympathetic opinions that it would be more reasonable to apply for retirement and complete the procedures on your own, but that there is no need to force yourself to the point of destroying your mind and body.

“I think it’s good, because there are some extremely black companies out there.I had a seizure due to stress at work and became ill, and I had to quit due to a doctor’s suspension, but the company (everyone knows) I was told terrible things by a large company, such as being selfish and telling me to come in every day even if I wasn’t feeling well, so I consulted the Labor Standards Inspection Office, and the Labor Standards Inspection Office issued a warning to the company, and I was able to quit my job. “I think it’s a dangerous company to hire someone to represent you. I think it was a black company that was that harsh. I think it’s a good idea to have an agency service because people will just tell you it’s the right thing to do if you quit.” (Male, 40s)
“It would be a problem if they suddenly stopped coming, but the company’s atmosphere is such that such things happen, so it’s probably their own fault.I think it’s a good thing that they won’t be accused by the labor union.” (Male, 40s)
Of course, it depends on a case-by-case basis, but it’s too late to panic once you’ve been asked to resign.
As you can see from the last comment, “It’s my own fault” and “I just don’t want to be accused by the labor union,” there are probably many managers and bosses who have been treating their employees in this way.

Because there is a need, it is only natural that a service to answer that need will be born as a business.
As mentioned in the comments, if you or someone close to you isn’t in a pinch, you’ll probably only realize that there are people like that.

When I contacted Hello Work, they told me that “the availability of unemployment benefits has nothing to do with the use of a retirement agency,” and “the use of a retirement agency is not necessarily a legitimate reason for dismissal.” (If you receive a threat like this, be careful.)

However, looking at the comments, it seems that some people are simply giving up, while others are feeling bitter about losing. I don’t know what will happen if I actually decide to retire.

As mentioned in the comments, you should definitely make your own decisions in life. However, the decision to retire was probably his own, and the retirement agent is just a means to an end.
That said, sometimes in life we have to face unpleasant things, so I can feel the desire to take on challenges at a level that doesn’t damage the mind or body.

“Responsibility” in the comments generally means, “Finish your current job so as not to cause trouble to the company,” and “If you quit without completing it, you will be asked to pay a suitable price.” (Pressure and threats) )is.
At the very least, there are a few cases in which people who say the word “responsibility” when retiring are more willing to send their employees off, acknowledging that “I asked for it myself, so you fulfilled your responsibility.”

There are certainly some people who are worried about their future as a member of society. However, unfortunately, as someone who hires you, you also have responsibilities.
