In addition, Kosenkaku has several employees who are qualified as sake navigators, and they carefully select and prepare local sake that goes well with kaiseki cuisine.
The lineup includes sake that is difficult to obtain, as well as Junmai sake brewed at Yamada Nishiki, a brewery in Hyogo Prefecture, and is rotated seasonally for your enjoyment.
What is Arima Highball?
Kosenkaku has now started offering the “Arima Highball” following the “Kobe Highball.”

Arima cider is a very carbonated cider. It has an easy-to-drink sweetness and strong carbonic acid punch, making it popular as a drink during meals.
In addition to selling seasonal Kyoho chu-hi and juices, we also regularly update our menu, including offering draft beer at customer request and switching from summer sake to autumn sake. This has been changed.
