*This is not a school that simply teaches construction skills. Based on the concept of “nurturing and protecting beloved craftsmen,” we opened the school to solve the urgent social problem of the “lack of craftsmen.” *
In order to solve Japan’s social problem of “lack of craftsmen”, our company (Housing Jubei Co., Ltd.) has established the Japan
Multi-Crafter Academy, a general incorporated association.
In February 2024, we opened the Multi-Skilled Craftsman Training School (commonly known as JMCA) in Fuma, Katori City, Chiba
Prefecture.
This is a special project where you can observe the practical training tours, mind training tours, facility guides, etc. that are actually taking place at the Multi-Skilled Craftsman Training School (JMCA). The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of JMCA and to communicate our efforts to as many people as possible.

We opened JMCA as an initiative to solve this problem.
Our school has a curriculum that allows you to learn the basic skills of a multi-skilled plumbing worker in 30 days.
This curriculum not only includes classroom lectures and practical training at school, but also includes training in which our
multi-skilled craftsman KENSHI accompanies us to construction sites to introduce students to actual construction sites and the skills of multi-skilled craftsmen.
Our goal is to “nurturing and protecting beloved craftsmen.” Rather than creating craftsmen who are simply skilled, placing importance on the mindset will lead to craftsmen who are loved. So, “What kind of facility is it in and what kind of classes are it offering?” We will tell you about it during this inspection tour.
