Reiwa Travel Co., Ltd. Our company has raised approximately 2.2 billion yen so far, and this latest procurement brings the total amount raised to approximately 7 billion yen.
The overseas travel reservation app “NEWT” will continue to invest in cutting-edge technology such as generative AI and provide services that will revolutionize the common sense of travel.

■What is “new travel” created by NEWT?
Reiwa Travel started in April 2021, when the overseas travel market was reset to zero due to movement restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Our mission is to use the power of digital to update the travel experience, believing in the value of travel no matter what the circumstances, and making travel even a little more familiar.
Since our founding in 2021, we have faced issues that need to be solved in travel experiences, such as the hassle of reservations, the complexity of preparations, and anxiety during travel, and in 2022 we launched the overseas travel reservation app “NEWT”. . As a result of our pursuit of providing an easier and more value-packed travel experience, the app satisfaction rating exceeded 4.6*, and the total booking volume reached a record high for 8 consecutive quarters after the service was launched, increasing both FY2024 1Q and FY2025. Compared to 1Q, we have achieved a significant growth of 308%. With this funding, we will further boldly invest in technology, utilize cutting-edge technology, achieve the best usability optimized for devices, provide information tailored to individuals, and fundamentally change the way we travel. We will accelerate the challenge of change. Furthermore, we plan to expand our domestic travel business, flight reservation function, global expansion, and business portfolio.
