[Second edition due to popular demand] Let’s talk openly! We will hold a meeting to consider “collaboration” between industrial physicians and human resources ≪9/10 (Tue) 18:00 ~ @Human Resources Library≫ *The second installment of the popular project last time has been decided! Anyone can participate. *
Trustyyle Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yosuke Yoshida) will be holding a free event at the community “Human Resources Library” that it operates. The event date and time is September 10, 2024 (Tuesday) from 19:00. This time, we will be inviting two industrial physicians to come and think “openly” about how human resources and industrial physicians should collaborate. Anyone from the human resources side, industrial physician side, or anyone else with an interest is welcome to participate. Please come and visit us.

Background of the event
This is the second installment of a project that was very popular last time. ・Voices from previous participants
“It was great to be able to listen openly to the stories of industrial physicians and the cases of people’s problems.”
“I was worried about how to interact with industrial physicians, but I learned a lot from realizing that the main reason for this was that I hadn’t sorted out the role I was looking for.”
This time, we had two industrial physicians visit us, and they went into detail, saying things like, “In these cases, industrial physicians are helpful!” and “On the other hand, as an industrial physician, I would like to collaborate with human resources and labor personnel in this way!” Let’s deepen the story.
“I’m worried about how much I can ask the industrial physician.” “It’s difficult to exchange opinions with the industrial physician…” Collaboration with the industrial physician is essential when dealing with human resources. On the other hand, many people may be worried about how far they should go for requests and consultations, and how best to interact with them.
We will create a place where you can get some hints by thinking together “openly” about how human resources and industrial physicians should collaborate.

Industrial physician Jun Sawai
Doctor. Mediva Consultant Co., Ltd. Graduated from Nagoya University School of Medicine in 2007. In April 2016, he joined Mediva with the aim of leveraging his experience as a doctor and being involved in a wide range of medical innovations. Currently, he is responsible for the development and operation of the health management DX business in the industrial health team of the health division, and works as a commissioned industrial physician for approximately 20 companies. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Occupational and Environmental Health in 2010. After that, through three years of clinical experience at an emergency hospital, I realized once again that the health of workers is important.
In 2013, started working as an industrial physician. We have assisted in the health management of more than 30 organizations in total, from building the structure of a start-up company to general management of a foreign global company. Among these, we have acquired occupational physician specialist/supervisor qualifications, which are said to be held by less than 1% of all industrial physicians.
In 2019, I decided to become a manager myself and established oneself. Co., Ltd. with the belief that further understanding of the corporate world is essential in order to further spread essential industrial health.
In 2023, we will start providing “THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH.” to deliver industrial health services to society that everyone can feel is of solid value.
