Ltd. as a domestic sales agent for the 5-axis CNC processing machine “Yornew” We are pleased to inform you that the ATC (Automatic Tool Change) unit (optional) is now installed on the MX220. This enables customers to perform more efficient and precise machining, greatly contributing to improved productivity at manufacturing sites.
Equipped with ATC unit for smoother and more practical use
The ATC unit (optional), which can now be installed with this update, can stock up to 6 tools (compatible with cutting tools up to Φ12 mm). This makes it possible to set various tools according to the machining process.
A series of processes can be performed non-stop, eliminating the need for operators to constantly wait and reducing work time.
Additionally, during machining, the tool is protected by an
automatically opening/closing cover, which protects the tool from flying chips and other particles generated during machining, allowing you to use the machine with peace of mind.

The MX220 is equipped with a small CNC tilting rotary table in a compact housing and achieves 5-axis control. Equipped with a Φ100mm round table, it is possible to load workpieces up to 5kg. Furthermore, it is equipped with a tool length measuring device, an automatic measurement value calculation tool, and an optional centering vise, so even those trying indexing machining for the first time can use it with confidence.
The maximum spindle speed is 24,000 revolutions per minute, and it is compatible with a wide range of materials, from light metals such as aluminum and brass to resin, and is useful for a variety of
