Tokyu Bus Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, President: Furukawa) Taku) will begin demonstration operation of an AI on-demand bus in the Hiyoshi/Tsunashima area that does not have a predetermined route or timetable, but instead uses AI to calculate the optimal route and time based on reservation status. .
The Hiyoshi/Tsunashima area is located in Kohoku Ward, Yokohama City, where the population is on the rise.
SST (Sustainable Smart Town)
It is a city full of diversity and characteristics, such as the existence of a *sustainable smart town). The area has the Tokyu Line, Municipal Subway Line, and Tokyu Bus network, but there are also areas with narrow roads and large gradients that make it difficult for large vehicles to operate.
So, Tsunashima
By collaborating with SST and other local businesses, we will revitalize the local economy by increasing the attractiveness of the town and the total amount of travel, and provide transportation services that are comfortable and easy for people to live in, by providing a new means of transportation that complements existing buses. The purpose is to conduct demonstration operations for a limited period of time with the aim of constructing a new system. Details are below.

2. How to use
1. Make a reservation [If using the app] Specify the boarding and alighting location and number of people in the app, confirm the boarding time, and then call. *App installation and membership registration are required in advance.
[By phone] Call mobi customer support: 050-2018-0107 (business hours: 9:30-16:30) and confirm with the operator the pick-up and drop-off locations and dispatch times. 2. Go to the boarding location by the scheduled boarding time. 3. When the bus arrives, board the bus and move to the designated drop-off location. 4. When you arrive at the drop-off location, pay the fare and get off.
