COMANY SDGsWEEK 2024 will be held to consider concrete actions to realize the happiness of individuals and organizations.

Comany Co., Ltd. (Head office: Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Kenta Tsukamoto) is a room creation company that creates new value with partitions.
For four days from September 24th to 27th, 2024, the online event “COMANY” will introduce the company’s knowledge and initiatives related to SDGs, as well as talk sessions with experts.
“SDGsWEEK 2024” will be held.
Comany issued the “Comany SDGs Declaration” in April 2018, and has been promoting SDGs initiatives throughout the company. This year, we will hold the 5th online event “COMANY
“SDGsWEEK 2024” will be held.
Nine years have passed since the SDGs were adopted in September 2015 with the desire to create a world in which “all people, regardless of generation, can live well in their own way,” and discussions have begun to center on “people.” It is developing. This time “COMANY The theme of “SDGsWEEK” is “Individuals and organizations working happily”. In order to achieve Well-being, we will explain our thinking and introduce actual initiatives from the perspective of both what individuals can do and what organizations can do.
The event was held for four days from September 24th to 27th, and was an opportunity to deepen understanding of SDGs and well-being with external partners and build co-creative relationships to achieve the SDGs in 2030. I am also aiming to go there. Participation is free, and anyone can participate online by filling out the application form. We look forward to your participation. After graduating from Waseda University Faculty of Law, he joined Recruit HR Marketing Tokai Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Jobs Co., Ltd.) in 2005, and was engaged in planning and sales of job
advertisements and organizational management.
Joined GREE Co., Ltd. in 2012 as a human resources officer and is responsible for evaluation, training, welfare, and internal
revitalization. Joined Money Forward Co., Ltd. in 2015, and as the person in charge of human resources, was involved in the rapid growth of the organization, which increased tenfold in five years. In 2020, he moved to the business division and is in charge of the sales success organization and new business.
In 2024, joined Relate Co., Ltd. and was in charge of overall business operations.

[Komatsu City Hall Naoko Hisaki]
Born in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, he was infected with poliovirus at the age of 2 and subsequently lost all function in both lower limbs. After entering Hirame Elementary School in Takaoka City, his father died of illness when he was in the 6th grade. Moved to Kanazawa, her mother’s hometown, and enrolled in the middle school section of a prefectural school for children with disabilities. During his second year of high school, he participated in the Saga National Athletic Meet in swimming and track and field. The following year, he participated in the 2nd Fespic Australia tournament as a
representative of Japan.
After that, he got a job in the Ishikawa Sunnymate printing section of a welfare factory. I met a rehabilitation teacher, and at his recommendation, I took on the challenge of running a wheelchair marathon. She got married in 1992 and is currently the mother of one son and one daughter. Works at Komatsu City Hall.

Visiting professor at Musashino University Faculty of Well-being. He assumed his current position after working at the University of San Francisco, Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture), and the Society for Thinking About Visions for Childrearing. For PTA activities, he received the National PTA Liaison Council Chairman’s Award. His books include “Well-Being”, “Happy Teams Get Results”, and
“Practice to be happy” etc.
