GLOBIS Graduate School of Management holds 2024 entrance ceremony for English MBA program with 116 students from 30 countries enrolled GLOBIS Graduate School of Management (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Yoshito Hori) held the entrance ceremony for the 2024 English MBA program on September 8th at its Tokyo campus. We welcomed a total of 116 students, including 70 students from 18 countries in the part-time & online MBA program and 46 students from 20 countries in the full-time MBA program. The number of countries and regions of origin is 30, the highest number ever. Many students gather from all over the world, including GLOBIS’ overseas bases in Thailand and the United States, as well as the Philippines, which was newly established in November 2023, and begin their MBA journey in a diverse environment. Part-time & Online MBA Program Enrolled Students
In his ceremonial address, President Yoshito Hori offered words of encouragement to the incoming students.

Additionally, three people gave speeches as representatives of the enrolled students.

Mr. Enriquez (from the Philippines, enrolled in the full-time MBA program) expressed his hopes for the positive impact GLOBIS’ MBA program and community will have on him and his fellow students. “I am confident that the GLOBIS MBA will help me become a better employee and leader.The GLOBIS community, students, faculty, alumni, etc., will help me become a better Christian. Let’s all do our best together. Let’s cherish our values ​​and beliefs. Above all, let’s enjoy this MBA journey.”

Mr. Falk (from Sweden, part-time online MBA program) talked about how GLOBIS will help him achieve his goals, based on his experience taking a single-course student program before enrolling.
“My purpose in enrolling at GLOBIS was to gain the knowledge I lacked, and more than that, to improve my leadership, teamwork, and
communication skills.More than anything, I wanted to become a part of this wonderful community and build a network of people. I thought. Finally, Yumiko Onishi (from Japan, enrolled in the part-time online MBA program) emphasized that despite the differences among the students, the goal of learning and growth unites them.
