COLOPL introduces legal data infrastructure system “GVA manage” *Achieve smooth project management and visualization of progress management through automation*
COLOPL Co., Ltd.’s legal group consists of 10 people who handle matters such as reviewing business contracts, providing legal advice, handling disputes, and planning and operating general meetings of shareholders. In order to avoid individualization of tasks, we randomly assign responsibilities to pairs of people each time, and we proceed with work while changing the combination of members to prevent tasks and teams from becoming fixed.

Before introducing manage, complicated operations such as manual transcription occurred, which led to missing items and strained operations. Additionally, it was difficult to understand the tasks each member was responsible for and their progress, and central management of delivery schedules became an issue. GVA, which specializes in legal case management, will solve these issues while promoting legal DX.
They were interested in manage’s functions and conceptual design, and decided to install it.

With the introduction of manage, the complexity and omissions that the legal group was facing were eliminated, and smooth case management was achieved. It has been well received by business departments as it allows them to make requests without changing their existing Slack-centered work flow and communication, as well as being able to contact them about project assignments more quickly and check the progress of requested projects.
