Uminaka＊Hana Festival 2024 will be held! [National Uminonakamichi Seaside Park] At Uminonakamichi Seaside Park (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture), the “Uminaka Hana Festival 2024” will be held from September 28th (Sat) to November 4th (Monday)! During the period, *
1 million cosmos *, * 2,000 autumn leaves kochia *, and the popular Muhlenbergia capillaris that appeared last year *
It is decorated with autumn flowers. In addition, Halloween
decorations will be displayed throughout the park, and a new type of ride called “Fukuoka Party Chari” will be in operation for the first time! There are many other events♪
Please come and visit the sea in autumn, which is becoming more and more attractive!

There are BBQ courses that teach you how to grill delicious meat, and kayaking experiences for those with no experience, so even outdoor beginners are sure to have fun. In addition, various events such as activities, workshops, and food stalls will be held based on the concept of “casual outdoor activities.”
Halloween photo spot
Date: October 5th (Sat) – October 31st (Thursday)
Flower Museum, Animal Forest, Play
Decorate the cafe in Halloween costumes! AR photo frames with Halloween designs will also be available, and there will be plenty of photogenic spots. You can enjoy a different atmosphere in the park than usual.
Uminaka Kite Flying Festival
Date: October 13th (Sunday), 14th (Monday/Holiday)
Kites such as the 45m long whale balloon kite fly in the autumn sky. A kite making workshop will also be held at the same time! Due to great popularity, we have doubled the capacity compared to last year (100 pieces each day, 300 yen/person).

First operation of the year! Would you like to ride the new 9-seater party car and feel the pleasant autumn breeze?

*National Uminonakamichi Seaside Park*
Uminonakamichi Seaside Park is located on Uminonakamichi, a
sandbar-shaped landform surrounded by two seas: Hakata Bay and Genkai Sea. It is a national park with a vast site measuring approximately 6 kilometers from east to west and approximately 350 hectares in area. Inside the park, you can admire seasonal flowers, and in the “Animal Forest” you can interact with cute animals such as squirrel monkeys, capybaras, and kangaroos. In addition, on March 15, 2022, a
residential recreation base where you can experience “relaxing, learning, and playing” was opened in “Light and Wind Plaza”.
