* [Event features] *
We designed an original virtual route that follows all the stores operated by the company as checkpoints. Once you arrive, you can see photos of the staff working there and local specialties.
By hiring part-time employees rather than outsourcing staff, the company aims to improve customer service through team collaboration. The purpose of this event was to increase team cohesion and improve service quality by holding events that foster close communication across store staff’s job types and national borders.
An award ceremony was held at the general meeting of employees held in June to honor the top winners and participants.
When you reach a checkpoint, you can see images of nearby stores.
