■About the seminar content
At the seminar, a female employee of Tada Co., Ltd. who holds a femtech qualification served as a lecturer, and the seminar was held to teach women about femtech and health issues specific to women (menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, etc.) and to improve their own health literacy. In order for men to take better care of their bodies and health, and for men to take care of the women they work with, their families, and their parents.
I would like to discuss this with the hope that it will be useful for improving relationships with partners.
In addition, we will provide seminars that men can consider as their own by touching on men’s health, such as “male menopause,” which is still poorly recognized, and talking about issues that are fundamental to the health of both men and women, such as sleep and the autonomic nervous system. ■From the questionnaire after participating in the seminar
In a survey conducted after the seminar, 97.9% of the participants said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the seminar (23.4% scored 4 on a 5-point scale and 74.5% scored 5).

I was listening to it, and my partner, who was in the same room as me, didn’t really want to listen at first, but halfway through he sat next to me and listened intently, and I was just as impressed as he said, “I learned a lot.” The stories about men helped me, as a woman, understand more about men, and it also gave me an opportunity to think about my own body.”
This was the impression we received, and this seminar showed that there is a need for both men and women to learn about “Femtech”.
What was particularly interesting was that men were very interested in “male menopause” and wanted to know more about it. At our company, we will strive to further increase awareness of the age-related problems that not only women but also men potentially feel, in order to reduce labor losses.
■About future initiatives
Tada Co., Ltd. will continue to carry out educational activities on “Femtech/Women’s Health” through collaborative initiatives such as free seminars for various companies such as Minato Bank and other companies that are working on “promoting the advancement of women,” and other educational institutions. I will continue to do so. In order to get people to buy femcare products, they must first be interested in their own health and the health of those around them.
