Are you experiencing voice problems due to voice disorders, such as hoarseness, difficulty in speaking, or difficulty in recovering your voice?
There are many causes of voice disorders, but for voice disorders that develop due to overuse of the voice, inappropriate lifestyle habits, age-related changes in the throat, etc., in addition to medication and surgical treatment, speech disorders can be treated by a speech therapist. Vocal rehabilitation (voice therapy) is effective. In this lecture, we will talk specifically about lifestyle habits that help improve the voice and rehabilitation for learning appropriate vocal techniques.
