Foresight: Eye-Net and SoftBank Corp. sign agreement with Japanese automaker *The three companies announced a collaboration in a multi-phase plan to evaluate Eye-Net’s technology as a candidate for automakers’ ADAS systems. *
Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq and TASE: FRSX) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Eye-Net
Mobile Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Eye-Net) is a registered trademark of SoftBank Corp. (TSE Prime: 9434)
Softbank) and a Japanese automaker announced that they have entered into a three-way multi-stage agreement for a paid proof of concept (POC) project. SoftBank will support this project by providing cellular communication networks.
The project is part of a multi-phase plan that will begin in the third quarter of 2024, with initial stages involving Eye-Net(TM)
Evaluate the Sense demo kit standalone. If the initial evaluation is successful, the three companies will use Eye-Net(TM)
We are moving to the second stage of integrating Sense into
automakers’ infotainment systems. If the second stage evaluation is successfully completed, Eye-Net(TM)
Sense’s solution will be adopted by the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) of the Japanese automakers participating in this project, and there is a possibility that it will be commercially deployed in the vehicles of the same manufacturers.
