GATHER Co., Ltd. will hold the “UBE URBAN SPORTS FES” event on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at a special venue on Tokiwa Dori (National Route 190) in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Responsible for planning and managing events for “2024”.
“UBE URBAN SPORTS
“FES” is an event where you can enjoy the appeal of urban sports, where you can freely express your body and skills, set in the urban landscape, and will be held to coincide with the shift to walkable areas in the center of Ube City. This event aims to increase the appeal of the city by providing citizens and spectators with new ways to enjoy themselves and opportunities for interaction.
This event, which was held last year with great success, will return to Ube this time as well. This time, we will have a special talk show with two special guests, Shigekix (Japan’s men’s breaking team) and Kaede Nakayama (Japan’s skateboarding street women’s team), who were very active at the Paris Olympics this summer, as well as top athletes. An even more powerful urban sports event, including demonstrations and trial sessions, will be held at a special venue on Tokiwa Dori (National Route 190) in the center of Ube City.
