The Cooking Recipe Book Award, which was established with the aim of “showing the standards of cooking recipe books, highlighting their appeal, and spreading their value widely.”
Japan. This year marks the 11th time. There were 200 bookstore selection committee members in the first round and 188 in the final vote. From a total of 112 entries from 45 publishers, the grand prize, runner-up prize, and other awards were decided after a close competition, and the award ceremony was held at the Tokyo Dome Hotel on Tuesday, September 10th at 6 p.m. Ta.
